Fit & Falls-Free

Our Fit and Falls-Free program is designed to help clients move and function with independence throughout their later years by improving balance, strength and flexibility.

The program is not limited to a specific age group or fitness level; however most participants are 70-85 years of age, and of fair function.

Prior to commencing the program, we conduct an initial assessment to determine suitability. Exercises performed during classes are tailored to suit individual levels of strength, fitness, flexibility and balance, covering upper body, lower body and core. Classes currently run at 11am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
