Strength Co is an interactive circuit-based exercise class, with particular emphasis on strength training and suited to a wide range of health conditions and fitness levels.

StrCo is designed to safely implement resistance-based exercise training with the view to optimise health outcomes for those with (or at risk of) particular health conditions such as Type II Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, fatty liver and others.

Each participant follows a program designed specifically for them and their condition, under the care and supervision of our Exercise Physiologists. With this in mind, progressions and modifications can be implemented as appropriate in order to ensure all participants have every chance to achieve their health and functional goals through a safe and suitable approach.

Classes currently run at 12:15pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We believe each person’s exercise plan should be individually personalised, so we work closely with clients and their treatment professionals to determine the best frequency for consultations and exercise sessions, whether that be one-one, group classes or home-based plans.
