Lillian Grant

Exercise Physiologist

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Lillian combines her clinical training with a strong background in strength and conditioning to help individuals improve their health, function, and quality of life through evidence-based exercise. She has experience working with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiometabolic, and oncology populations. She has also worked within elite sport environments, including the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs (NRL) and the NSW Blues High-Performance Camp, supporting athlete testing, performance analysis, and rehabilitation processes.

Lillian’s passion for movement began through dance, completing an Advanced Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance) at the Sydney Dance Company, which developed her appreciation for body awareness, discipline, and the role of movement in both performance and health.

She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals through cancer treatment and recovery, using exercise as a powerful tool to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and improve quality of life throughout the cancer journey. Lillian values building strong relationships with her clients and empowering them to achieve meaningful, long-term health outcomes.
