Roger Jones is a founder and co-director of the Exercise Collaborative.
As with many others, a love for sport and exercise was certainly what started the journey for Roger 20 years ago, but helping PEOPLE is what has kept him here.
“Each person has their own amazing story, their own challenges, and strengths. These differences make us the people we are, but also highlight that no one strategy works for everyone”
Roger is continually striving, learning and adapting, to find new strategies to help people achieve their goals. Roger transfers the method and science of high-performance sport principles to test, assess, monitor and progress. Alongside various methods of movement, activity monitoring and lifestyle change to compliment the foundations, this provides the framework to create meaningful change with exercise, in any setting – rehab, lifestyle, or performance.
Roger resides in the Northern Beaches with his wife and two gorgeous little girls. Away from the gym Roger still plays a bit of sport as well as volunteering his spare time in local community sport, as both a board member and junior coach.
Roger is proud and excited by the future of ExCo. “Alongside two highly skilled, and amazing blokes I’ve worked with for over a decade in private practice. We plan to lead the way in how to help people with exercise and lifestyle intervention. ExCo is the culmination of our skills, strengths, and passions………and we’re really excited to bring you in to it”
