Tom has a Bachelors of Exercise Physiology from Sydney University, and has received clinical experience in cardiac rehabilitation, the treatment of complex musculoskeletal conditions and a vast range of metabolic conditions in private practice. He is also an accredited exercise scientist.
From a young age Tom has played a range of sports including rugby union, AFL, basketball, and track events at a competitive level. He has always believed that regular targeted exercise plays an essential role in living a long, healthy and happy life.
Tom has a great passion for bettering people’s quality of life through the delivery of effective, personalised evidence-based exercise management plans, with a special interest in the treatment of cardiac conditions, osteoarthritis, and chronic pain. Tom is a dedicated, compassionate, and supportive health professional who is committed to delivering to his clients the best possible results.

In his free time Tom enjoys playing tennis and golf, and training in the gym. On other days he likes relaxing at the beach, kayaking and attending AFL and NRL games with friends and family.
